eForms: eNotices becomes eNotices2

Commission Implementing Regulation 2019/1780 defines the new eForms format used to publish public procurement notices on TED in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union.

Users should create new accounts in the eNotices2 platform, which is available at https://enotices2.ted.europa.eu to submit and manage eForms notices.

To help you become familiar with the new forms, a test environment is also available at https://enotices2.preview.ted.europa.eu. To access it, you need to create a separate EU Login account at https://ecas.acceptance.ec.europa.eu/cas.

The current eNotices application will be closed on 31 January 2024.

Welcome to eNotices, an on-line tool for preparing public procurement notices and publishing them in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union.

eNotices provides access to all standard forms used in European public procurement. This free service allows you to work in a personalized environment, speeding up your work and the process of publishing your tender notices. eNotices also helps to check for possible errors in notices and for the compliance with the EU directives regulating public procurement procedures.

You need to be registered to use this service. If you want to create a new user account on eNotices please start by registering with the European Commission Authentication Service (EU Login).
